Mon engagement : contribuer \u00e0 \u00e9clairer les d\u00e9cisions judiciaires dans l&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat des enfants, avec humanit\u00e9 et rigueur.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5e931df elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"5e931df\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Qu'est-ce qu'une enqu\u00eate sociale ?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1096beb4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1096beb4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Les enqu\u00eateurs sociaux sont des professionnel\u00b7les qualifi\u00e9\u00b7es qui interviennent \u00e0 la demande du juge aux affaires familiales (JAF), dans des contextes souvent sensibles. Leur r\u00f4le est d&rsquo;apporter une vision globale, objective et humaine d&rsquo;une situation familiale.<\/p><p>Lorsqu&rsquo;une s\u00e9paration ou un conflit parental pose des questions sur les conditions de vie ou l&rsquo;organisation autour des enfants, le juge peut ordonner une enqu\u00eate. Cette d\u00e9marche vise \u00e0 mieux comprendre la situation afin de prot\u00e9ger au mieux les int\u00e9r\u00eats des enfants.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
